Summer Sessions

Objective

To provide student-athletes quality instruction in areas of pitching, catching, hitting, infield/outfield play as well as professional style workout. The two day clinic in August will also include games to better evaluate the attendees.

NCAA recruiting rules and academic symposium & Baseball specific Strength/Conditioning seminar.

University of Connecticut/ Storrs Campus Elliot Ballpark/ Mark R. Shenkman Training Center
Who:
Restricted to high school student-athletes age 14-18.
Price:
Summer Session 1: $195 a player / $295 Two-WAY players (for players who want to be evaluated for both pitching and position skills)

Summer Session 2: $295 a player / $395 Two-WAY players (for players who want to be evaluated for both pitching and position skills)

Exposure:

This is a prospect school/clinic. Attendees will be exposed to some of the top college programs in the region scouting the event.

Staff:

Connecticut Head Coach Jim Penders, Assistant Coaches Jeff Hourigan, Chris Podeszwa, Josh MacDonald, and other college coaches.

Application Process:

These clinics are run on a first come, first served basis and are usually capped and have a waiting list. Refund policy: request for refunds must be in writing and sent 30 days prior to each session. Thank you.

Connecticut Baseball School events are open to any and/or all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
